Second time staying and would stay again.

This was a little quaint piece of winter heaven! We shared this house with 4 couples and there was plenty of space for everyone to be together socially, but also have their own area. There are plenty of big, comfortable beds and so many bathrooms! Not to mention our group played every possible game available in the game room. 
I imagine this house in the summer is awesome with the close proximity to the beach and the outdoor fire pit. We did enjoy the hot tub and the serenity. We will be booking again.

We booked for a 40th Birthday Trip and the house exceeded expectations. The house actually felt larger than it appeared in the pictures! There were 10 of us staying in the house and we never felt crowded. The bathrooms were large and clean. The setup for the Jack and Jill bathroom had separate vanities which was nice for the couples that shared the upstairs bedrooms. The basement was very large, and the game tables were in great condition. There were several tv's for watching different sports at once which was great for our group. The Sonos sound system was nice and could be played separately in the game room from the theater room. We all drove separate vehicles and there is room for 5 cars to park. The hot tub was new and very clean. It was also located under a covered porch so even though it rained we were still able to enjoy it. There were plenty of clean towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, cook ware, and dish ware for everyone to use.

Great location, you can walk to downtown which had a lot of options for food, drinks, and shopping.

This is our second time staying here and we plan to return next year. The place was perfect, and his digital welcome materials made it so easy to comply.

We loved staying here! The location was beautiful and you could see the lake from the window and back porch. It’s easy to get to anything you need but you also feel a bit off the grid in the neighborhood. We had 5 kids with us and the house was perfect for that - they loved getting to play ping pong and air hockey, and using the movie theater. Our host Tom was super helpful w everything we needed, and the place had a pack and play and 2 high chairs which was great. We’d definitely stay here again.

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. We were three families and there was plenty of room to spread out for quiet, but also common areas to gather. The kitchen was spotless and had all the necessities needed to cook a great meal. 

Overall, it was the perfect house and we look forward to coming back.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The open layout made it feel even more welcoming. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay for our NYE gathering. There were  few stains on carpet/furniture which we were warned about beforehand from a previous stay. Some Cobb webs/spiders in the bathroom, but also is located in the woods so for the most part to be expected. Host was very responsive regarding questions we had and had clear rules/instructions that were appropriate. Overall we had a great time for a few days away! Would definitely come back in the future.
