This was a beautiful and spacious home for our party of 7. We also liked three location a the close proximity to downtown South Haven.<br/>When we had an issue, Tom was responsive and gave a thoughtful reply.<br/>The home was spacious for all of us to have our own spaces to enjoy the holiday and get solitude when we needed it, The hot tub worked perfectly, which isn’t always the case in some places. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Had a great time over Christmas - the second floor especially was perfect for group lounging. Loved having a short walk to the beach as well.

Tom's place was perfect for our Christmas gathering with family. We had kids ranging from 3 years to 12 years and the space was perfect! Wide, carpeted stairs, a "game" area, bunkbeds, and a hottub. The yard is fenced in and there is a basketball hoop and ball. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed to cook a big Christmas breakfast. Every coffee maker you could want,  2 ovens, and a big fridge. A big washer and dryer so the towels were always dry for another hot tub dip. A big dining table and even a craft area with glue, scissors, and paper. We loved the durable surfaces and cozy pillows and throws. Very walkable to downtown and the ice rink. Hope to be back next year!

Tom was a very nice host. Easy to get a hold of and friendly to communicate with as questions arose.<br/>Overall, the place was tidy and my family had a good vacation. Sunsets on the beach were incredible. We liked the big open kitchen, living room, fireplace, and dining room table. Some intense family air hockey games were played and lots of memories were made.

My four daughters, sister and I stayed in this beautiful spacious home for our annual “Girls’ Weekend” this past December 2025. <br/>A beautiful touch, was that the house was decorated for Christmas, with a tall lighted Christmas tree in the family sitting area. <br/>Each of us had our own room with adjoining bathrooms. The home is very cozy, and comfortable. <br/>The movie theater was a nice touch, although they notified us a few of the chairs were fully functioning, but we had enough working chairs for the six of us. They plan on replacing them , so I’m sure it will not be a future issue. <br/>I highly recommend renting this house for family vacations, girls or guys weekend getaways, or a couples weekend/vacation.

We had an amazing stay at Tom’s place! There were 14 of us-including 2 infants and 4 toddlers. There was plenty of space for all of us-the kids had a blast in the basement, the kitchen was so bright and well equipped. We walked to the beach, played in the yard and truly had everything we could need or want in the house. We look forward to staying again!

We had a great stay at Glenn House. The house is very close to Lake Michigan and is surrounded by forest with deer. It is a quick 20 min drive to Saugatuck. The house had everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast.

Beautiful property.  The trees were in peak Autumn color.  Our two trips to the beach were almost all to ourselves.  Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children.  We made beautiful family memories at Glenn House.

Wowza. This place is perfect for a large group. All 10 of us slept comfortably and the large kitchen made it easy to cook and enjoy each other’s company. We enjoyed mornings and evenings in the screened-in porch. The private beach is walking distance and SO BEAUTIFUL…clean sand, crisp water, and lots of families set up for a beach day. It was also very easy to check-out, which can be cumbersome in a large home. Thank you so much- we’ll think of this place again is we’re back in the area.
